Nate and Laura's adventure started in high school where they met and fell in love. Their greatest adventure started when they became parents to their baby boy. And after 10 years of love, they became Husband and Wife, surrounded by their closest friends and family at The Golden Mast last fall. Since then, we've been talking about creating a gorgeous, adventurous bridal portrait session in the woods and on the beach. Laura had no problem playing in the sand and water, while holding her Husband's hand.

I can't even begin to explain or put into words how happy I was to be caught up in that moment. My feet were bare, as I ran through the sand, playing along while photographing an adventurous love story. I could NOT stop obsessing over what I saw through my lens. Two playful people in love, who love the thrill of adventure and being in the great outdoors. My kind of people. 

Naga-Waukee County Park in Hartland was the perfect backdrop for Laura and Nate's unique, an adventurous bridal portrait session. The woods were lush with green and made the perfect spot for our fun, playful portraits on the boardwalk.
